Peroid mahogany balloon style case mantel clock from Comitti London, circa. 1800. A beautiful design set with fan marquetry inlay and satinwood banding bordering the edge. Featuring an enamel finish dial with roman numerals, delicate period hands and set with a convex glass and lacquered solid brass bezel and feet furniture. Fitted with a wonderful bell chime 8 day movement, striking the time on the hour and the passing of the half hour.
