Mahogany break-arch style mantel clock from Comitti London, circa. 1800. An exquisite period case set with curl veneers and corder fan marquetry inlay. An enamel finish dial with roman numerals, delicate period hands, convex glass, lacquered solid brass bezel, top handle and feet furniture complete the design. A wonderful clock that is at home in any traditional or period property, fitted with a bell chime 8 day movement, striking the time on the hour and the passing of the half hour.
