Illustrated are Admiral Nelson, Captain Thomas Hardy and French and Spanish ships engaged in battle. The flagship HMS Victory rocks with the swing of the pendulum. The scroll top cabinet is made from solid cherry and decorated with book-matched burr yew veneers inlaid with rope edgeline. The cabinet is hand rubbed and waxed to achieve an unmistakably luxurious antique patina. Features a triple chime 8 day cable movement playing the traditional Westminster, Whittington and St. Michaels melodies. Automatic night silencer, chime sequence and beat correction. Completed with mineral glasses and lacquered solid brass furniture. Access to the movement is made via glazed side panels.
